From coast to coast, first in San Francisco, CA during the tech bubble, followed by a move home to NYC at the start of the recession in 2008, I recruited for almost 15 years, successfully staffing entry-level professionals in everything from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Throughout that time, I volunteered as a Career Coach at both Ivy and Community Colleges, and everything in between, determined to spread the behind-the-scene knowledge I was privy to. In 2020, I transition to Career Coaching full time, mainly focused on those that are underrepresented such as women in tech, and have only increased my knowledge in what companies are looking for, and what candidates are lacking.
